Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Secure Authenticator (the “App”), operated by Moms Space (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Secure Authenticator is provided as a software tool to help users store authenticator entries and generate one-time verification codes.

2. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App in violation of law or regulation;
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the App or related systems except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use the App to facilitate fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse of another person’s accounts; or
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting support.

4. Your responsibility for device security

You are responsible for securing your device, backups, passcodes, and any authenticator entries stored on your device. Because authenticator data can be sensitive, you should keep your device protected and review any operating-system backup settings you enable.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, branding, software, and associated content, is owned by Moms Space or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, including to maintain security, comply with law, fix defects, or modify features.

8. No guarantee of uninterrupted operation

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moms Space will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or related support channels if reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, respond to abuse, or enforce these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction determined by relevant legal rules and consumer protections. If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to resolve it through good-faith communication.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
